We are currently seeking a guide in AWS/AZURE Solutions Architect with a focus on both presales (70%) and delivery (30%) to join our complementary team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in guiding our clients through their cloud journey and ensuring successful delivery of AWS/AZURE solutions. 

Job Description: 

As an AWS/AZURE Solutions Architect, your role will have a blend of presales and delivery responsibilities. You will demonstrate your technical expertise and experience to help our clients understand and achieve the potential of AWS/AZURE solutions, propose tailored solutions, and ensure the successful delivery of these solutions. 

Responsibilities: 

• 5 + years of Consistent track record in a similar role, with a focus on AWS/AZURE technologies. 

• Able to navigate and adapt through internal processes, good internal customers management and clearly set shared expectations on work and action points.

• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, provide sales support, and design AWS/AZURE solutions that meet the needs of our clients. 
• Guide clients through their cloud journey, from on-premises to AWS/AZURE cloud migrations as well as cloud-to-cloud migrations. 
• Ensure proposed solutions carry out to compliance, security standards, cloud well-architected framework.  
• Present and articulate the features and benefits of AWS/AZURE solutions to clients. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a consistent record to identify issues, solve them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist. 

• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate sophisticated technical concepts to a broad range of collaborators. 
• Good client vertical (FSI, Logistics, Retail etc.) understanding and able to relate to client’s IT/business difficulties and needs.
• Respond to RFPs, ensuring that responses are comprehensive, accurate, and aligned with company capabilities. 
• Act as a technical point of contact during the presales stage, answering technical queries and providing advice and support. 
• Lead all aspects of the delivery of proposed solutions, ensuring successful implementation and client happiness. 
• Able to work closely with the delivery team, ensuring accurate handover, providing architectural mentorship and working collectively to resolve technical issues. 
• Continually improve your technical expertise and knowledge of AWS/Azure services and technologies. 
• Validated experience with on-premises to AWS/Azure cloud migrations and cloud-to-cloud migrations. 
• Experienced in crafting and implementing hybrid solution projects involving implementing private/hybrid clouds/multi-cloud. 
• Deep understanding and experience with cloud security standard methodologies and network configurations. 
• In-depth knowledge on backup and disaster recovery solutions and standard processes – cloud to cloud, on-premises to cloud.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in Windows Server, Linux, Red hat, CentOS, DNS, LDAP, TCP/IP, and other network protocols. 
• Experienced with configuration management tools like cloud-native, Puppet and Ansible. 
• Experienced in developing and deploying Infrastructure as Code (IaC) such as Terraform / CloudFormation / ARM Templates. 
• Good understanding and skills on specialize solution areas DevSecOps / Container / Microservices). 
• Excellent knowledge of CI/CD concepts and tools such as GitLab. 
• Familiarity with containers (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker etc.) 
• Knowledge of one or more scripting languages (bash, PowerShell, Python). 
• Knowledge of cloud monitoring, logging and alerting services and capabilities. 
• AWS/Azure Certified (Solutions Architect Professional or  DevOps Engineer Professional). 

• Validated experience in a similar role, with a focus on AWS/AZURE technologies.  
• AWS/AZURE Certified Solutions Architect Professional or AWS/AZURE Certified DevOps Engineer Professional certification. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a consistent record to identify issues, seek them quickly and well, and know when to rely on internal resources to assist. 

Education: 

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Information Systems or a related field.
