Overview

Design and maintain multi-cloud data platform architecture for and around SAP ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Build optimized data lakehouse architecture integrated with SAP systems, ensuring performance and AI-readiness
• Implement cloud automation, IaC (Infrastructure as Code), and cost optimization solutions
• Develop and deploy data security and compliance strategies across multiple environments
• Establish standards and best practices for the entire data infrastructure

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud infrastructure design and data architecture
• Extensive experience with at least 2 of the 3 major cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP
• Solid understanding of SAP ecosystem and SAP data integration
• Experience with modern data lakehouse solutions (AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, or equivalent)
• Cloud architecture certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect, GCP Professional Cloud Architect) are advantageous
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at various levels

• SAP Data Services and SAP Data Hub for data integration
• IaC: Terraform, CloudFormation, Pulumi
• Data Technologies: Data Lakehouse, Data Warehouse, Data Mesh
• Security: Zero Trust, IAM, Data Encryption, SAP Security & Compliance
• Container & Orchestration: Kubernetes, Docker
• CI/CD: GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps
• SAP HANA and S/4HANA architecture
