Key Responsibilities:

- Design, deploy, and manage AWS RDS instances (MySQL)

- Ensure database performance optimization, high availability, and disaster recovery.

- Automate database operations using Terraform, CloudFormation, and scripting (Python/Bash).

- Monitor systems using tools like AWS CloudWatch to ensure uptime and reliability.

- Secure databases with best practices for encryption, access control, and patching.

- Migrate on-premises databases to AWS RDS and integrate with other AWS services.

What You Bring:

- hands-on experience managing AWS RDS databases.

- Strong expertise in SQL, performance tuning, and query optimization.

- Experience with automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python/Bash).

- Knowledge of cloud monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.

- AWS Certification is a plus
