ABOUT MOVEMEON

Movemeon is a tech-enabled global recruitment business. We work with leading PE funds, global enterprises, VC-backed scale-ups, and consulting firms, and we help them find the best strategic, transformation, and commercial talent.

Our community is central to our proposition. Founded by ex-McKinsey consultants, we have built a network of over 90,000 strategic and commercial professionals who started their careers in leading consulting or finance firms (45% are ex-McKinsey, BCG, Bain). This has attracted over 5,000 businesses to partner with us, including Bain Capital, Advent, KKR, Amazon, HelloFresh, and Uber.

Our tech enables us to outcompete others in the market. We are investing heavily in using software, data and AI to further improve how we serve our community and clients.

We’re proud to have worked in over 100 countries and have offices focused on EMEA (UK, France, DACH), APAC (Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and India) and the US.

About the role

We are looking for a new Client Success Manager to join the business and help us achieve even greater progress in 2025 and beyond. The Client Success team makes up, together with the Growth team, the wider customer-facing team at Movemeon.

As a Client Success Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients and candidates throughout recruitment processes, providing best-in-class experience to your clients and candidates alike. You will use strong commercial acumen and a good understanding of what makes an excellent client deliverable to drive success in each process you manage.

The activities you’ll be responsible for will include:

  • Being a point of contact for our clients, building and nurturing strong client relationships and ensuring an excellent client and candidate experience;
  • Undertaking a set list of activities via our platform (and more widely) to maximise our candidate search process
  • Supporting clients in screening profiles and advising on what potential levers to pull to ensure the right quality of candidate is found, and challenging when necessary
  • Frequent and well-written communication with candidates
  • Working with the growth team to ensure that marketing the role to our community is done so appropriately

What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a client or customer-facing role
  • A natural organiser with strong attention to detail. You must be able to manage multiple projects/workstreams at the same time: prioritising based on impact, and working to, and setting, deadlines appropriately
  • Someone who likes structure/ routine task execution
  • A genuine interest in working in the recruitment/ tech space
  • Proactive, action-oriented and able to work through tasks autonomously
  • A highly effective communicator at all levels (within the team and with senior clients alike). You must have good emotional intelligence, as well as an ability to influence and guide clients. You should be inquisitive, interested in understanding people’s thought processes and approaches
  • Strong problem-solving abilities. You will need to be flexible in your approach and identify opportunities to increase your conversion of won deals with the support of your manager
  • Fluent spoken English and excellent written communication

Nice-to-have’s

  • Experience working in a high-growth business environment
  • Prior experience working in a SaaS or recruitment business
  • An understanding of the types of projects that management consultants may execute on, and how this could translate into different roles (if you don’t have this, don’t worry! This is something that can be learnt on the job)
  • Fluency in any other language (we are also hiring for a French speaker!)

What we offer

An opportunity to have a huge impact on a high-growth business, whilst nurturing and developing a close-knit and open team. Our offer includes:

  • Exciting business in a time of rapid growth
  • Start-up environment and ethos
  • Respect for and encouragement of your ideas and initiatives
  • A sensible work-life balance; we know how important it is to recharge
  • Flexible working from home policy: work from home whenever you need to, but most of us are in the office twice a week
  • Enhanced maternity and paternity leave
  • An office in central London (we’re based in Farringdon), including office snacks, tea and coffee, and a hybrid working model
  • Paid team away trips - we went to Spain, Italy, Transylvania and Montenegro in the past
  • 27 days holiday plus bank holidays (with additional days for extra tenure)

Salary: dependent on experience level, up to £40k base salary plus up to 20% bonus

Location: UK, 2 days/week in the office (with some flexibility)

We are an equal opportunities employer, and we are determined to ensure that no applicant or employee receives less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, age, disability, religion, belief, sexual orientation, marital status, or race or is disadvantaged by conditions or requirements that are not justifiable as necessary for successful operation in this role. We invite applications from anyone who believes they would bring a valuable contribution to our company, irrespective of background.
