Role Description

We’re looking for a full-time, on-site Client Success Manager (CSM) based in Delhi, India. In this role, you’ll play a key part in driving customer satisfaction and long-term success. You’ll build and maintain strong client relationships, resolve issues, gather and act on feedback, and proactively engage with clients to ensure they get the most value from our products and services.


Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Satisfaction, Retention, and Service
  • Strong Relationship Building and Interpersonal Skills
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Team collaboration experience
  • Background in technology or innovation is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
