Job Summary


We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Servicing Executive to join our creative tech and influencer marketing agency. The ideal candidate will excel in managing client relationships while supporting operational activities. You will play a crucial role in ensuring client satisfaction and smooth project execution.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Relationship Management:

 - Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.

 - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.

 - Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with their goals.


  • Project Coordination:

 - Collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech, and influencer marketing) to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.

 - Assist in project planning, timeline management, and resource allocation.

 - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.


  • Operational Support:

 - Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to enhance efficiency.

 - Help manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables for client projects.

 - Coordinate meetings and maintain documentation related to client projects and feedback.


  • Reporting and Analysis:

 - Prepare reports on client feedback, project performance, and operational metrics.

 - Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in client servicing and operations.


  • Collaboration and Communication:

 - Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams.

 - Participate in team meetings to discuss project status and client feedback.

 - Contribute to a positive team culture through collaboration and support.


Qualifications


- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role, preferably in a creative or tech environment.

- Strong understanding of influencer marketing and digital trends.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- A proactive attitude and a problem-solving mindset.
