Job Description

As a Client Servicing Executive, you will act as the key point of contact between the agency and its clients. Your primary role is to manage the client relationship, ensure smooth execution of campaigns, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-quality results. You will bridge the gap between client expectations and agency deliverables, ensuring both the agency and client objectives are aligned.

In this dynamic role, you will not only manage traditional advertising projects but also be actively involved in digital marketing. Your understanding of emerging technologies such as generative AI will help clients harness new opportunities for better outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with specialisation in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, PR or a related field.

2-4 years of experience in client servicing or account management, preferably in an advertising agency.

Strong understanding of social media.

Familiarity with generative AI.

Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Strong organisational and project management abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
