Responsibilities of candidates include:

• Handling clients On Call (Mandatory)
• Understand the company’s Software & IT Services in-depth to effectively assist clients globally.
• Provided them with technical support (On Call & Remote Desk) by diagnosing the Issue
• Analyze client needs and provide appropriate solutions and assistance.
• Address and resolve client queries efficiently.
• Provide Technical Support For Software By Diagnosing The Issue.
• Troubleshooting Technical Issues.
• Solving Software Faults by coordinating with Software Developers.
• Need Smart And Proficient Candidates

Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 in hand per month

Working Days: Monday - Saturday, 11 AM - 7 PM
