Raleigh Wealth Solutions in Cary, NC is seeking to add a Client Service Representative to our team! The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the financial industry long-term and contribute to the growth of our business.

Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to service the existing client base with all service requests, including beneficiary changes/withdrawals, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for their review meetings, prepping the Main Advisor for his/her review meetings, and preparing issued accounts for delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associates Degree preferred
  • Financial Industry experience preferred
  • 2+ years working alongside a Financial Advisor in a fast-paced office environment
  • Securities licensed highly preferred or willing to obtain – Series 65 or 7, Life and Health preferred
  • Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
  • CRM experience preferred

Responsibilities/Tasks:

This Client Service Administrator will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for client appointments. Other daily, weekly, and/or monthly tasks may include:

  • Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner
  • Complete each service request and resolve client issues
  • Input notes into CRM and keep updated
  • Coordinate and follow up on each client transfer
  • Process trads and money movement
  • Handle RMD’s
  • Maintain client income plans
  • Prepare client review summary for upcoming appointments
  • Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
  • Assist with client update reports and mailings
  • Participate in client meetings with Advisor


Office Duties:

Assisting the Financial Advisor and the branch office to exceed client and regulatory expectations include:

  • Function as a phone back-up to offer office personnel for phone coverage
  • Help to keep database up to date and accurate


Salary:

  • Starting at $50K based on experience and licensure

Hours:

  • Monday: 8:30am-5:00pm; Tuesday-Friday: 9:00am-5:30pm
