Interim CFO Americas

Contract Type: Interim (6 months initially)

Our Global Manufacturing client is currently seeking a highly skilled Interim CFO / VP Finance & Accounting to lead and oversee the financial strategy and operations across the Americas.

About the Role:

You will play a critical role in shaping and driving the financial direction of the business. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership to ensure financial performance, operational efficiency, and long-term strategic goals are aligned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support key business decisions.
• Work cross-functionally with leadership teams to drive performance improvements and optimise financial outcomes.
• Oversee financial analysis, risk management, and investment planning.
• Manage a team of finance professionals, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting standards.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have a proven track record in senior finance positions, with extensive experience in business finance, strategic financial management, and financial reporting. You will be a strong communicator, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation, and a confident leader capable of guiding a high-performing team through change and growth.

Skills & Experience:

Business Fluent English, Spanish &/or Portguese

Demonstrable experience in a senior finance role within a Manufacturing, Chemicals or other similar Industrial production environment

Qualified accountant

Strong financial modelling, analysis, and reporting skills.

Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders.

Strong commercial acumen with an ability to think strategically.
