Role Overview

We’re looking for a Client Sales Lead to join a dynamic and creative advertising business. You’ll be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key brand clients, leading commercial conversations, and developing insight-led solutions that deliver value. You’ll work cross-functionally with marketing, delivery, and data teams to bring campaigns to life and grow revenue across your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of high-profile brand client relationships
• Lead client meetings and pitch proposals that deliver against marketing and business objectives
• Develop insight-driven sales strategies and client development plans
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns
• Track sales performance, pipeline, and renewals
• Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities

Skills & Experience

• Strong background in client-facing sales, ideally within media, marketing or advertising
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Proven track record of delivering revenue growth
• Strategic mindset and ability to develop client-specific solutions
• Strong commercial acumen and data literacy
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
