Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Client Relationship Manager, located in the London Area, United Kingdom, with some work from home acceptable. The Client Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services, and addressing any of their concerns. Day-to-day tasks include regular client communications, managing client accounts, identifying opportunities for account growth, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Client relationship management skills and experience in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships
• Account management skills, including identifying and seizing opportunities for account growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to monitor and improve client satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment
• Experience in the travel industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field
