Job summary:
Brook Green Supply are an independent B2B energy supply company. You will be responsible for managing your portfolio of key account customers from the onboarding stage and ensuring they are provided with a high level of service throughout their contract, up to the renewal stage. You will be the lead point of contact for all key account matters, anticipating the client's needs and working with internal and external parties to ensure deadlines for the client are met.
Essential functions of the job:
· Building and maintaining key account relationships.
· Manage all queries in relation to your portfolio and ensure they are dealt with in an appropriate and timely manner in line with agreed SLAs.
· Invoice production and validation, offering bespoke options where needed.
· Communication with internal teams, assisting and providing information about your portfolio when needed.
· Ensure all your accounts are up to date and running efficiently (payments, meters, and customer information).
Skills and experience required:
· Experience in the energy industry, ideally with commercial supply contracts.
· Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office.
· Excellent attention to detail.
· Numerate with good analytical skills.
· Previous experience in managing customer accounts.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Able to prioritise and manage your own workload with minimal supervision.
