As a Client Manager, you will be important in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Qualification: To expand the client base, proactively identify, contact, and qualify potential clients using videoconferencing, phone, email, and LinkedIn. Most of the work is done remotely. Depending on the future Client Manager's location, participating in industry events and making face-to-face visits can be part of this role.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture meaningful connections with existing and potential clients by understanding their needs, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships. Respond promptly to client requests and collaborate closely with the recruitment team to better promote and deliver services.
- Presentations & Sales Meetings: Develop and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the value of DevelopmentPeople solutions, effectively communicating how our offerings meet client needs.
- Invoicing & Account Management: Manage client invoicing processes and maintain accurate, up-to-date client records using our in-house CRM system, ensuring seamless account management.
- Collaboration & Support: Regularly follow up with the recruitment team and clients to ensure timely progress in recruitment processes. Support the team and clients during project implementation to foster collaboration and achieve successful outcomes.
- Strategic Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to enhance DevelopmentPeople’s presence and brand recognition within the international development sector.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluency in English: Strong spoken and written communication skills in English are essential for client interactions and reporting.
- Sales/Business Development Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client management. Experience in the Development Sector and talent acquisition is considered a plus.
- CRM & Tool Proficiency: We highly value hands-on experience with CRMs, online research, and sourcing tools.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using basic computer tools, including email, Zoom, and Office applications.
- Proactive and Results-Driven: A go-getter with a growth mindset who quickly adapts to new challenges and excels independently and within a team.
