About The Role

As a Client Implementation Analyst you will be supporting the Transaction Banking Implementation Team by populating customer documentation and managing the process into Operations to establish multiple products and channels across the largest and most complex customer segments, handling multiple tasks and quickly pivoting from one task to another.

Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands or 242 Pitt St, Sydney

Role Type: 12 month Secondment / Fixed-term opportunity

Work Hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly

What will your day look like?

As a Client Implementation Analyst, you will:

  • You will work with internal stakeholders to understand complex customer requirements and use your knowledge of ANZ Products and documentation, and your high attention to detail, to accurately prepare customer application and maintenance forms.
  • You will actively manage the establishment of multiple Products and Channels for the customer via various Operations teams using established processes, using your strong communication skills to manage timelines and keep stakeholders updated during the process.
  • You will proactively manage your workflow autonomously, however will enjoy working collaboratively within a team environment, learning from and sharing with your fellow team members.
  • You will help to identify process improvements to manage client and registration cycle times and deliver against implementation targets.

  • Banking and Financial industry knowledge & experiences
  • Ability to influence outcomes, solve problems and work autonomously.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and handle stakeholder inquiries in a fast-paced team environment
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset.
  • An understanding and knowledge of Transaction Banking Products & Channels and systems. Proven understanding of customer AP and AR processes. Knowledge across Fileactive, Cash Active, NPP and SCORE would be an additional advantage & ANZ internal systems.
