Type: Initial 6-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)
We are currently partnering with a leading banking client who is seeking a Senior Implementation Manager to join their team. This is an individual contributor role, suited for someone experienced in driving change within fast-paced, complex environments. The contract is initially for 6 months, with strong potential for longer-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the implementation of projects or streams within larger programs, typically up to $1M in budget and of low to medium complexity
Provide analytical support across portfolios, programs, and projects
Apply project, program, and portfolio management methodologies, tools, and processes
Support strategic initiatives within complex and commercial project environments
Deliver clear reporting and analysis to inform decision-making and project success
Ideal Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience in program/project analysis within complex environments
Proven experience in banking and financial services, ideally within wealth management and superannuation
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable managing change in high-pressure environments
