Job Summary

わたしたち営業チームは、主に自動車業界を担当するハイタッチセールスチームです。大手自動車メーカー様、部品サプライヤー様まで、幅広いお客様との信頼関係を築きながら、ネットアップのデータマネージメントソリューションをご提供しています。営業担当者はそれぞれのテリトリーにおいて社内外の関係者との連携をリード、戦略を立案、実行をしていただきます。これまでのご経験や知見をフルに活用いただける環境をご用意しております。

業務内容：

・営業として、主に大手自動車メーカー様をご担当いただくポジションにてご活躍いただきます。

・新規/既存顧客へ積極的なアプローチを実施、ビジネスチャンスを発掘/特定し、販売機会を創出します。

・パートナー企業様と連携し、幅広いお客様へのアプローチを実施いただきます。

・営業戦略に関する合意形成など、あらゆるビジネス活動、導入関連活動においてお客様との窓口となります。

・社内のプリセールス部門や関係各所と連携を取りながら業務を進めていただきます。

Job Requirements

必要な条件/経験

・IT業界にてハイタッチセールスとしての実務経験

・ITインフラ、またはクラウドソリューションの7年以上のご提案/販売の経験

・大企業または戦略的アカウントへの 5年以上のフィールドセールスの経験

・ハイタッチ営業として、アカウントマネージメントの5年以上の実務経験

・文書および口頭での優れたコミュニケーション能力とプレゼンテーション能力

・自律自走(自発的に考え行動)できる方

・自動車業界におけるハイタッチセールスとしての5年以上の実務経験

・複雑な課題を戦略的に捉えて提案を行い、アクションプランを立案できること

・セールスチームの取り組みに積極的に貢献し、チームの決定に影響を与えられる方

・バックグラウンドの違うメンバーとチームワークを構築し、部門を超えて共同作業をする能力

・目標の達成に持続的に取り組めること

・英語による、文書および口頭でのコミュニケーション能力

雇用形態：正社員・期間の定め無

試⽤期間：3か月（試用期間中の勤務条件に変更はありません）

就業時間：9:00－17:30 （フレックス制 or 裁量労働制）
