What You’ll Do:

• Identify and secure new business opportunities to exceed client expectations
• Lead internal teams to ensure seamless client solutions

• 10+ years in life insurance, reinsurance, banking, or investment banking
• Strong financial, analytical, and business development skills
• Business proficient in Japanese and English
