Assist in providing full spectrum of secretarial support including but not limited to manage Top Management's schedule, handle correspondence, telephone calls, arrange appointments and wide range of administrative activities
Assist in coordination with external and internal parties, such as various departments, offices, clients, suppliers and other staff
Organize, maintain and update office files and records
Handle ad hoc assignments or PROJECTS as required
Requirements
Diploma / Certificate in Business Studies or related discipline
1 years or above prior work experiences in secretarial and administrative field
Fresh graduates with previous internship experience will be also considered
Good in spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
Strong in communication and organizing skills
Hard working, proactive, diligent and presentable
Good PC knowledge, strong in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing (min. 30 w.p.m.)
