A well-established CPA and professional services firm is looking for an administrative assistant/officer, mainly responsible for general admin and clerical support to the team.
Your Key Responsibilities
Provide general, daily office administrative and clerical support as well as facility management
Handle customers' inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Assist in filing and record management
Handle courier service and mails
Track office supply inventory, stock and orders
Purchase office sundry items
Assist in organising company events and activities
Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements
Minimum 1-year relevant working experience
Degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
A good team player with strong sense of responsibility and commitment
Proactive, detail-minded and with good communication skills (Chinese and English)
Knowledge in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
