The Company: Renewal Claims Solutions is a fast-paced restoration dry cleaner in Bay Area. Our unique company helps thousands of families recover from the devastating effects of catastrophes such as fire, water, and mold damage. We aid homeowners during these traumatic experiences by picking up, deodorizing, cleaning and returning all of their soft good items.

Duties/Responsibilities:
● Assists Claims Manager in ensuring customer claims are successful.
● Calls customers on the call list from the system calendar.
● Partners with A/R to assist with invoicing.
● Ensures claims files are accurate per incoming and delivery checklists.
● Checks and files claim paperwork.
● Assists sales team with admin-related tasks.
● Assists production team with claims (if needed).
● Data entry and removal.
● Sends claims-related documents and files to customers, contractors, etc.
● Assists with scheduling (if needed).
● Performs other claims related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
● Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
● Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite , Google Suite or related software.
● Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
Education and Experience:
● High school diploma or equivalent required.
● Clerical experience preferred.
Physical Requirements:
● Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
● Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
