Summary

Requirements: Associate's degree from an accredited college or university. 2 to 3 years of experience in related fields. Knowledge and/or experience in medical terminology. Understanding of life and disability insurance policies, as well as proficiency with CPT and ICD 10 codes in medical terminology. Ability to analyze insurance and other related documents. Mastery of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point. Must be customer service and problem solving oriented. Bilingual: Advanced level Spanish; Intermediate level English. Excellent analytical skills. Availability to work on weekends and holidays as well as during regular business hours. Company with Equal Employment Opportunities.
