Duties of a Supervised Bail and Court Follow-Up Assistant include, but are not limited to: Calling clients to follow-up on Supervised Bail check ins Calling courts and checking online minutes for court updates Providing excellent customer service Assisting office staff with day-to-day duties Performing all other administrative assistant and client service duties Qualifications: MUST be able to pass a California Background Check (for State License) MUST be Professional, reliable, and positive attitude Ability to learn quickly Strong focus on accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines Proficient in handling a high call volume Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication/customer service skills Proficient in computer skills, including typing, using software programs, and Windows Must be 18 years or older Bilingual in Spanish preferred High School diploma or equivalent Job Type: Full-Time Must be punctual and reliable Flexible schedule required, including day shifts, evening shifts, weekends, and holidays Compensation: $20-$22+ per hour (based on experience) Benefits: Friendly and professional work environment Health Insurance* Dental and Vision Insurance* Life Insurance* (*Conditions apply) Join Us: Be part of a team where your contributions make a real impact.
