JOB DESCRIPTION

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Must be a licensed Civil Engineer
• Preferably with experience in Designing and Land Development (1-5 yrs experience)
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Ability to communicate well and with confidence
• Willing to work on site (Arca South, Taguig)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collects data needed to resolve problems on site;
• Analysis of topographic map to understand the natural drainage patterns;
• Preparation of technical specifications;
• Layout of engineering utilities (drainage, water, and sewer system);
• Identification of necessary utility easements in site development plan;
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time-to-time
