We hope that you have..

  • Basic knowledge and practical experience in cooking methods. Must have a keen interest to read, explore, and improve ones understanding of regional and international dishes depending on project briefs, from the marketing department.
  • A good understanding of culinary fundamentals.
  • Strong organisation skills in managing multiple projects
