Summary

We are seeking culinary interns ( vegetarian by birth or choice) who are enthusiastic about learning hands-on culinary skills and gaining practical experience in a commercial kitchen environment. This internship opportunity is ideal for students pursuing culinary arts, hotel management, or related fields.

Internship Details:

  • Role & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
  • Support tasks related to maintaining kitchen hygiene and sanitation.
  • Learn proper plating and presentation techniques to ensure our dishes meet high standards.
  • Assist chefs and the kitchen management team during peak hours.
  • Actively engage in food-prepping processes.
  • Participate in recipe development and quality control sessions and test and taste new dishes for menu improvements. 
  • Duration & Working Hours:
  • The internship will last for [6-12 months].
