Role Description

Rackmount IT is seeking a motivated Channel Account Manager to drive partner engagement, develop strategic opportunities, and grow revenue through our reseller and distributor network. This role will focus on enabling partners, managing opportunities, maintaining CRM excellence, and driving operational improvements across our channel ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and strategic accounts.
  • Develop and execute partner marketing plans and lead generation campaigns.
  • Educate partners on programs, requirements, and Rackmount IT offerings.
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecast opportunities, and meet sales targets.
  • Track and maintain detailed CRM records for all partner interactions and opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver value to partners and end-users.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in channel sales, partner management, or business development.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics).
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to forecast and drive continuous improvements.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware or technology products is a plus.
