Our client, a leading financial institution, is seeking a Change Manager – Intermediate for a 6-month contract to support the Visa Debit Modernization Project, a strategic initiative to revamp account-based payment processing. This is an excellent opportunity to work cross-functionally, drive change management strategies, and contribute to operational enhancements in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Evaluation & ImprovementSupport assessment of current operational processes and document impacts stemming from Visa Debit Modernization
• Recommend and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency, ensure compliance, and support business objectives
• Change Management CoordinationLead and coordinate change management activities across delivery teams, stakeholders, and impacted business units
• Design and execute change management plans, including training, support tools, and implementation guides
• Track progress of change initiatives and adjust plans to address emerging challenges or risks
• Operational Journey SupportCollaborate with cross-functional teams to build and map operational journeys aligned to project goals
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and dependencies that may impact rollout or adoption
• Communication Plan DevelopmentAssist in the creation and execution of a comprehensive communications strategy for internal stakeholders
• Draft, review, and distribute clear, consistent messaging around Visa Debit Modernization updates
• Gather feedback from impacted teams to refine communication and engagement strategies

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, change management, and/or process improvement
• 3+ years of experience in payment systems and solutions (e.g., debit/credit, digital payments)
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and lead business readiness initiatives

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

• Direct experience with Visa debit products or financial services project work
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking or payments
