Job description:
The Senior Manager for Change Management plays a key role in establishing standards and guidance for successful change and is responsible for deploying the Strategic Initiatives Office change approach. Focuses on the people side of change, which can include changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. Applies the Prosci® change management process and tools to create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise adoption, whilst minimizing resistance.
