Business Change is becoming increasingly important within Softcat. As the business continues to grow it is important that we ensure that the way we operate changes in scale with it.

About The Role

Softcat is working on a multi-year Sales system replacement programme using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), PROS smart CPQ and Copilot. As the Transformation Change Manager you will lead the adoption of this change across the business, managing a team of two other change professionals supporting the roll out of this programme

This role involves closely collaborate with various stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and third-party partners You will bring knowledge of change strategy and approach, communications and engagement methods and L&D/training programmes. You will have the experience of change-managing a similar sized end-to-end Sales system implementation, ideally of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE.

As Transformation Change Manager, you'll be responsible for:


  • Developing the strategy and then managing the change lifecycle of the CRM replacement programme
  • Increasing business change maturity and understanding in Softcat on what it and how it can help
  • Owning the creation and maintenance of the change roadmap and plan
  • Ensuring business uptake of the new tooling within Softcat sales' teams and other departments
  • Identifying and proactively managing areas of risk/change fatigue

We'd love you to have


  • Demonstrable understanding of Change Management Principles (in particular ADKAR)
  • Experience of managing Sales/CRM system implementations as the Change lead, in Sales organizations similar in size and complexity to Softcat, ideally including at least one D365 CE implementation
  • Excellent understanding and experience of Learning and Development
  • Demonstrable track record in a business transformation
  • Excellent understanding and experience of change management
