Job Title: Technical Support Analyst Duration: 12+ months Contract (Extension, Conversion Possible) Location: Toronto, ON Work Type: Hybrid, onsite twice a week Pay Range: C$32 C$40/Hr
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for a variety of support-related tasks for multiple applications which will include:
L1 support and incident management
business administration tasks such as parameter change, reference data update, and
access provisioning
automation script execution
The candidate will need to work in a fast-paced environment with SLAs
The team is technical in nature, and technical skills such as Outlook, and MS Excel is a must.
Experience with Selenium web driver, SAS EG, and SQL is preferred.
Good oral and written communication skills are essential
Must Have:
Automation experience
Application support experience
Access provisioning experience
Report running experience
Excel experience
Excellent communication skills (Written & Verbal)
Nice to Have:
SQL experience
AML experience
Banking experience
