Title: Campus Recruiting Coordinator Location: New Jersey 07102 Duration: 06 Months Pay Rate $40.00/hr. Must haves: As a Campus Recruiting Coordinator, you’ll support the broader team in executing the end-to-end recruitment strategy and cycle. Partner with Recruiters on virtual and on-campus event management and execution. Manage applicant flow through ATS and other recruitment systems, including screening candidates for basic qualifications, initiating candidate assessments, and notifying candidates of status updates as needed. Communicate with candidates, recruiters, and business stakeholders to schedule and confirm candidate interviews, which could include virtual interviews, panels, in-person or career hiring events.
