Impero are currently recruiting for a Data Center builder/operator in the USA with one of the most innovative in-house waterless cooling systems on the market - The team have 6+ sites in nationally and are looking for someone to come and run their campus in Arizona.

Package:

• Salary + Annual Bonus + Equity

The Job:

• Oversee operations, maintenance and repair of all mission critical equipment and systems (electrical, mechanical and network) supporting a 24x7 data center operation (100% uptime)
• Oversee local change management processes- review and approval of all Procedures (MOPs, SOPs, EOPs) for maintenance and one-time/emergency repair events in coordination with onsite personnel, contractors, and customers
• Oversee expenses and budget

You:

• 10+ years experience in Manging Data Center teams (ideally for Hyperscale clients)
