Milestone Technologies, is actively recruiting Experienced Data Center Technicians in the Phoenix area for a 6 month contract assignment.

W2 rate is $30-$33 per hour, depending on experience

MUST have 2+ years of experience as a Server Technician in a Data Center, supporting Linux and Windows servers!

Onsite 5 days per week, 8Ato 5P shifts

• As an intermediate Server Break-Fix Technician, you will be working in a Data Center on a team of Server Break-Fix Technicians and Leads in collaboration with remote-adjacent sys admin teams. You will work a Monday through Friday 8-to-5 shift supporting server installation, diagnosis, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• You will also provide remote hands support for networking equipment and cabling.
• You will participate in an on-call rotation and occasionally work after-hours onsite.
• As an intermediate Server Break-Fix Technician, you are expected to possess superior knowledge and experience working in Data Centers, with Servers and related knowledge.

Required Skills and Experience

• 2+ years of Hands-on computer/server hardware break-fix experience in a Data Center environment
• Intermediate knowledge of computer applications
• Local to Phoenix AZ, able to work onsite in Phoenix or Goodyear AZ as needed.
• Exposure to service management or ticketing system
• Effective communication and listening skills, written and verbal fluency in English
• Self-motivated, fast learner
• Able to work independently and a proactive team-player
• Capable of multitasking with high level of attention to detail
• Legally eligible to work as a W2 employee for Milestone technologies, without requiring visa transfer, or sponsorship assistance
