Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Senior Voucher Administrator to oversee the administrative processes of our voucher operations, supervise a Junior Voucher Administrator, and ensure campaign readiness through quality assurance (QA) checks. This role will be responsible for accurate voucher setup, campaign validation, and operational efficiency, ensuring all promotions run smoothly before launch. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in administrative operations within a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

Voucher Administration & Oversight

  • Manage the end-to-end voucher setup process, ensuring timely execution and accurate encoding.
  • Supervise and provide guidance to the Junior Voucher Administrator, reviewing their work for accuracy.
  • Validate and approve voucher entries before processing to minimize errors.
  • Ensure smooth workflow and coordination of voucher-related administrative tasks.

Quality Assurance & Campaign Readiness

  • Conduct QA checks on voucher campaigns before launch to ensure they are correctly set up and functional.
  • Perform test transactions to verify voucher disbursement and redemption processes.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues before campaigns go live.
  • Work closely with the operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of promotions.

Data Management & Documentation

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate voucher records in internal systems.
  • Document all voucher campaigns, approvals, and operational processes for reference and compliance.
  • Provide data and documentation support for internal audits and quality reviews.

Team Coordination & Process Improvement

  • Act as the key liaison between the voucher operations team and other departments (finance, marketing, customer support).
  • Identify areas for administrative and QA process enhancements and recommend improvements.
  • Assist in developing and refining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for voucher administration and campaign validation.

Compliance & Issue Resolution

  • Ensure all voucher administration processes align with internal policies and industry best practices.
  • Monitor campaign workflows to identify and address bottlenecks or errors before launch.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to voucher disbursement, redemption, and campaign execution.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in administrative or operational support roles, preferably in fintech, e-commerce, or marketing.
  • Experience in QA processes, campaign validation, or operational checks is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data management tools.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience supervising or mentoring junior team members.
  • Familiarity with voucher processing, digital promotions, or campaign operations is an advantage.
