Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Campaign Analyst to join our growing digital marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be a data enthusiast with passion for uncovering insights and translating them into actionable recommendations that drive client success. This role is crucial for understand campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and utimately contributing to the strategic direction of our digital marketing efforts. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data from various digital marketing platforms, providing clear and concise reports, and collagorating with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Processing:

- Prepare and presentation of weekly, quarterly and campaign reports.

- Gather data from multiple sources, including but not limited to: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.), digital marketing systems, marketing automation platforms, and other relevant analytics tools.

- Implement and maintain processes to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Maintain expertise in relevant analytics platforms and tools.

- Create visually appealing and easy-to-understand reports and dashboards that effectively communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights to internal teams and clients.


• Performance Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of digital marketing campaign performance across various channels, including website traffic, conversions, engagement, reach, and ROI.

- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data. Go beyond simply reporting numbers.

- Develop actionable insights based on data analysis, explaining the "why" behind performance trends and providing recommendations for optimization.


• Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with sales, operations, creative and technical teams, and other team members to understand campaign objectives and translate them into relevant KPIs.

- Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
