We’re Hiring: French-Speaking Team Leaders – Johannesburg 🇿🇦


Are you a leader with call centre experience, fluent in French and English, and have experience in financial services? We're looking for dynamic individuals to lead high-performing teams for an international client in the finance sector!


What You’ll Do:

Lead and motivate a team of call centre agents

Coach and develop talent to deliver high-quality customer service

Drive performance to meet service and contractual KPIs

Support escalations and enhance the overall customer experience

Handle daily team briefs, performance tracking, and feedback sessions


What We’re Looking For:

Fluency in French & English (spoken and written)

6–12 months of Team Leader or Supervisory experience in a call centre

Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills

Strong planning and organising abilities

A passion for team success and customer satisfaction
