This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Bangalore Urban at Sravathi Advance Process Technologies Pvt Ltd. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing business strategies, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen, sales, and negotiation skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in the chemical or pharmaceutical industry (Intermediates or APls)

• Ability to understand and analyze market trends

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

• Knowledge of advanced differentiated process technologies is a plus
