General Summary And Purpose
The Business Systems Support Specialist is a support member of the Business Systems team. This role’s primary function is to support implementation and improvement of key business systems to support key business processes across the enterprise. This role will collaborate with all departments across the company and with external consultants. This role will assist with system process analysis, documentation, testing, and support implementations, including user requirements gathering, data migration, training, and post- implementation support, to provide excellent service to BioLife’s internal customers. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, attentive to detail, collaborative, analytical, and reliable.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Execute and support functional area implementation requirements necessary for implementation and/or integration of new or improved systems and processes, including documenting and testing processes, and training new users post implementation.
- Support optimization of business systems, including analysis of existing systems and processes to identify opportunities for integration, consolidation, or improvement of processes, and to ensure alignment across operational entities.
- Support project planning by assisting with task management, updating documentation, creating communication/documents, and maintaining project tracking tools.
- Collaborate with internal and external project teams to analyze business needs and user
- Assist with special projects or ad hoc reporting as necessary, including data harmonization and clean up to ensure system accuracy and accurate data migration to new systems.
- Provide post-implementation support via the Business Systems help desk resolving minor issues, prioritizing and providing excellent customer service to team members.

Job Specifications
- Required Experience
- 4-year college degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- 2+ years experience in a systems, information technology, or quality role, or as an owner of business processes
- Possess strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with multiple operational processes and systems
- Experience working collaboratively with other departments
- Demonstrated experience working with varying systems & processes, implementing improvements, consolidating processes, and providing solutions to solve user issues
- Possess strong analytical skills and capable of articulating the analysis to a greater audience
Preferred Experience
- Experience with System Selection and Implementation
- Experience with NetSuite ERP and/or Salesforce
- Experience within a SOX compliant Internal Control environment

The US base salary range for this position at full-time is $56,562 - $84,790 per year. This range represents the full compensation range for this position, with consideration given to experience, skills, and qualifications. Typically, new hires are brought in at or near the midpoint of the range to allow for future growth and advancement within the role.
Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, location, and market competitive benchmarks. Individual pay within a level is determined by work location (including geographic pay zone region), job related skills, experience, education, and training.
