Job Summary

A Business Systems Analyst/Financial Systems Analyst is needed to manage, configure, maintain, and support corporate financial systems. The role involves user access management, troubleshooting, financial reporting, software acquisition and implementation, documentation, training, and compliance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Manage user access for financial systems
• Implement, manage, and troubleshoot financial systems and integrations
• Create and modify financial reports on various platforms
• Oversee software acquisition and implementation
• Maintain systems documentation and provide training
• Ensure compliance with SOX regulations
• Assist with month-end financial reporting
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or IT
• 5+ years of experience in a similar role
• Experience with financial systems, especially in real estate (e.g., MRI, Yardi)
• Project management experience, including software implementation and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Strong documentation skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving ability and ability to work under pressure
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certifications in Business Analysis or Project Management
• Experience with financial software such as MRI, AvidExchange, PayLease, ClickPay, OnSite, LRO, or HunterWarfield
