What We're Looking For:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Services, or comparable experience
* Proficiency in SQL query creation and experience handling structured data
* Familiarity with reporting tools, custom report generation, and calculated fields
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across multiple departments
* Solid understanding of data repositories, including mappings, business rules, and data loading
* Exceptional analytical, logical, and technical skills
* Security-conscious mindset, especially concerning least privilege principles
* Experience with Workday reporting, configuration, PRISM analytics, Adaptive Planning, or similar systems preferred
* Knowledge in data lake creation and management is advantageous
* Commitment to professional development and continuous learning
What You'll Be Doing:
* Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to design, develop, and implement business process solutions
* Maintain high-quality data standards through active management and troubleshooting
* Conduct ad-hoc analyses and deliver timely, accurate data via Workday reporting, data warehouse solutions, and dashboards
* Configure and manage Workday business processes supporting finance, HR, payroll, and student administration
* Develop and refine complex calculated fields for reporting and system configurations
* Oversee the extraction and manipulation of data, ensuring accuracy and usability
* Document system designs, configurations, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures
* Engage in ongoing professional development through training, reading, networking, and attending industry events
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Services or comparable experience level
* Detail-oriented problem-solving abilities
* Capacity to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively
* Excellent communication and documentation skills
* Prior experience in higher education or complex organizational environments is beneficial
