On behalf of our Banking client, Procom is searching for a Business Systems Analyst - Digital for a 12-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Toronto office.


Business Systems Analyst - Digital - Job Description:

The Business Systems Analyst - Digital will support the digital area of the bank, specifically focusing on editorial UX development and quality assurance for the bank. The role involves working on business-as-usual projects, providing operational support, and implementing process improvement initiatives.


Business Systems Analyst - Digital - Responsibilities:

• Work with key stakeholders to align technology solutions with business strategies
• Gather requirements from business units and translate them to programmers and developers
• Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses
• Demonstrate informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems
• Support complex business processes and work on multiple projects
• Serve as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization
• Formulate system scope and objectives, validate developed requirements, and implement applications
• Assist internal business groups on process improvement projects
  
  
  

Business Systems Analyst - Digital - Mandatory Skills:

• 1+ year experience in a bank, ideally or COOP experience
• Jira administration experience
• Basic Excel skills
• Proficient with Microsoft suite
• Strong communication skills for facilitating meetings

• Experience using Figma
• Banking experience in one of the big 5 banks
