THE POSITION: The Business Systems Analyst - Finance will work closely with stakeholders across the Finance organization to identify and document business requirements, evaluate solutions, and lead the design, implementation, and enhancement of financial processes within NetSuite ERP and related systems. This role is critical in supporting and optimizing the Finance technology stack-primarily NetSuite-with a focus on automation, accuracy, compliance, and performance. The ideal candidate will bring deep NetSuite expertise (5+ years), with strong knowledge of Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and a background or exposure to real estate development finance highly preferred. General: * Act as the Finance SME for NetSuite ERP, supporting modules such as GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Revenue. * Partner with Finance leaders to analyze needs and translate them into scalable system solutions. * Maintain data integrity across financial systems, including data governance and reconciliation processes. * Collaborate with IT and Finance to prioritize and manage a backlog of system changes and enhancements. * Participate in Change Advisory Boards and support change management processes. * Support IT service levels across all Finance systems. Process Improvement * Evaluate current financial processes to identify pain points and opportunities for automation and efficiency. * Drive continuous optimization of financial systems and workflows. * Develop meaningful analytics to inform decision-making and resolve issues. New Development and Enhancements * Lead or support the sourcing, design, and implementation of new financial technologies. * Collaborate on system architecture decisions impacting Finance. * Create and manage project plans with clear task ownership, timelines, and milestones. * Execute and coordinate systems and user acceptance testing. * Provide strategic insights based on financial data trends. Documentation and Training * Map and document financial business processes in collaboration with stakeholders. * Develop user-friendly training materials and conduct training sessions for Finance teams. * Maintain internal and external documentation, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date. * Provide post-go-live support and track system feedback and issue resolution. THE DETAILS: * Location: Denver, CO * Travel: 0% - no travel expected * Compensation: $120,000 - $135,000 * Must be eligible to work in the United States * Must pass comprehensive background screening MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS: * 5+ years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP, specifically within finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Revenue Recognition. * Demonstrated success as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role, with a focus on financial process analysis, workflow design, and system implementation. * Experience supporting and optimizing ERP systems for Finance departments, including during financial close and audit cycles. * Familiarity with Treasury Management Systems (TMS) such as Kyriba, GTreasury, or similar platforms. * Exposure to real estate development finance, construction accounting, or project-based financial models is highly preferred. * Strong understanding of IT General Controls (ITGC) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. * Experience managing system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and post-deployment support. * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
