Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be a foundational member of our product team, helping transform the way Cubby Beds leverages Salesforce and internal systems to deliver smarter, faster, and more compassionate support for families.
You’ll work across Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams to streamline lead-to-fulfillment workflows, uncover key insights, design scalable processes, and drive proactive decision-making that powers our mission of helping families live better. Your work will directly accelerate our ability to reach and support thousands more families across the country.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, sales, marketing, and leadership to design systems, workflows and dashboards that make our business smarter every day. Here’s What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with Marketing, Sales, and RAQA teams to streamline and optimize Lead-to-Opportunity and Lead-to-Order processes.
- Gather business requirements using interviews, workshops, workflow analysis, and documentation reviews.
- Craft business requirement documents (BRDs), process flows, user stories, and system design specifications.
- Build and refine solutions within Salesforce and related systems to support business needs.
- Facilitate alignment across teams to drive successful implementation of critical initiatives.
- Leverage marketing and sales systems to drive best-in-class B2B automation practices.
- Design basic reports and dashboards, supporting better visibility across sales, marketing, and operations teams.
- Identify and implement improvements to our Salesforce data schema, workflows, and integrations.
- Operate independently and proactively in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment.
Here’s What We’re Looking For
- You will have at least
- 5+ years of experience implementing sales and marketing automation systems.
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud).
- Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills (e.g., BRDs, user stories, process flows).
- Hands-on experience designing and launching Salesforce solutions and system integrations.
- Experience with Salesforce analytics, reporting, and basic data visualization.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong critical thinking skills and technical understanding.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects from requirements gathering to launch.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle complex workflows and systems with precision.
- Strong collaboration skills and a team-oriented approach to problem solving.
- We hope you also have
- Experience working with marketing and sales lifecycle processes (lead nurturing, scoring, opportunity management).
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Tableau, or other BI/data warehouse tools.
- Exposure to SQL or Python for basic data manipulation or reporting.
- Experience optimizing the marketing-to-sales handoff and improving funnel conversion.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience, thriving in fast-paced settings.

- Compensation: $115k-135k hiring range - Cubby offers an exciting OTE (On-Target Earnings) program to motivate and celebrate collective success in achieving company goals. The total cash compensation range listed above is inclusive of base pay & target variable pay. The target variable pay for this role is 10% of the base salary.
