Summary

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SuccessFactors LMS Project Manager to lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of SuccessFactors learning modules across our organization. This role will bridge technical expertise with HRIS end-user understanding, ensuring seamless project execution and strategic alignment with our shift toward skill-based training and certifications.


Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership & Implementation:

• Drive end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS), with a focus on Talent and Training modules.

• Own project timelines, stakeholder communication, and deliverables to ensure on-time and successful deployments.

• Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee configuration/customization in partnership with IT and vendors.

• Leverage in-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors training modules to design scalable, user-centric training programs.

• Serve as subject matter expert for module functionality, configuration, and reporting capabilities.

• Support organizational training strategy by aligning LMS capabilities with talent development objectives.

• Lead the shift from traditional training to a skill-based training and certification model.

• Ensure modules and certifications are tied to verifiable skill assessments and tracked within the LMS.

• Collaborate with HR, L&D, and department leaders to create training paths that support upskilling and compliance.


Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in a technology or business discipline

• 5-7+ years of experience managing medium to large technical solution implementations.

• 5+ years of experience working with SAP SuccessFactors, either from a technical configuration or HRIS user perspective.

• Proven track record managing LMS or HRIS project implementations, preferably in enterprise environments.

• Deep experience working with Talent and Training modules in SuccessFactors.

• Strong understanding of skill-based training methodologies, digital certification tracking, and LMS integration points.

• Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams.

• Experience with Visio and project management software (MSProject, Planner, DevOps).

• Functional and technical skills with SuccessFactors Talent Management Modules

• Experience Working in Agile project management methodology and Agile teams and working with Developers, Architects, and Business Customers.


Compensation: $50-65/hr depending on experience and educational factors
