What We Are Looking For

We are looking for a motivated and technically savvy Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate combines strong interpersonal skills with a deep understanding of technical products and solutions. You’ll work closely with both the sales and engineering teams to translate customer needs into tailored solutions, provide pre-sales technical support, and help drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers, providing in-depth knowledge of company products and services.
  • Identify client needs and recommend solutions related to process systems, cleanroom infrastructure, specialty gases, or chemical delivery systems.
  • Support the full sales cycle from lead generation to project handover, including site visits, presentations, technical proposals, and contract negotiation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, project managers, and internal engineering teams.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to customize solutions and ensure customer satisfaction post-sale.
  • Prepare quotes, bids, and cost estimates in collaboration with engineering and procurement departments.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to represent the company and generate new business.
  • Keep current with market trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in technology to better position the company’s solutions.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years of experience in technical sales, engineering, or project management within the manufacturing, semiconductor, or industrial systems sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience using CRM tools.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin is a strong plus due to cross-border team collaboration.
  • Willingness to travel locally or regionally to meet client and project needs.
