JD for Business Manager - Network Development
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic plans to expand and optimize the dealer network, including identifying new dealership opportunities, assessing market potential.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
Evaluate dealership performance metrics, such as sales targets, inventory management, customer satisfaction, and profitability, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealerships, OEM partners, and other stakeholders to foster collaboration, resolve issues, and drive mutual success.
Monitor and ensure compliance with dealership agreements, standards, and brand guidelines to maintain brand integrity and customer experience consistency.
Prepare regular reports and presentations on dealer network performance, market trends, and strategic recommendations for senior management review.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in automotive sales, dealership management, or dealer network development.
Strong understanding of automotive industry trends, dealer operations, sales processes, and customer relationship management.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
