We are currently seeking a skilled Tableau Developer (F/M/X) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Tableau design and development, with the ability to create and support impactful dashboards and reports for various stakeholders.

🔥 Responsibilities:

- Create and support dashboards in Tableau based on existing reports from a different BI tool.

- Collaborate with Executive, HR, and Talent Acquisition teams to design and build new reports in Tableau.

- Set data security and permissions on the Tableau level as defined by project requirements.

- Work with Data and Analytics Engineering teams to provide input for data requirements and models.

- Provide regular updates to project stakeholders through meetings or written communications.

- Create documentation and user guides for dashboards to ensure user understanding and engagement.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to Tableau dashboards and reports.

🎯 Your Profile:

- You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- You possess strong knowledge of Tableau design, development, and associated best practices.

- You have an understanding of data visualization best practices and principles.

- You are familiar with data security best practices in Tableau.

- You have knowledge of SQL and data modeling principles.

- You possess strong communication and collaboration skills, enabling effective teamwork.

- Ideally, you have experience with HR systems and reporting, as well as familiarity with Databricks and Data Vault data modeling.
