One of our Clients is a Fortune 500 company in the Information Technology business with a mixture of customer base - Partners, SMBs, Public sector, Large and Key customers giving access to a variety of business activities. We are covering full range of OTC processes starting from the contract set up, through the billing and query management until the point the payment is made and booked. We maintain a solid core team with 5 to 12 years of experience, great professional involvement securing strong business outcome and expansion potential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Understand the client’s industry, business, and their critical business drivers.

• Monitor the correct processes are in place to ensure consistent service quality through rigorous management of change control and acceptance into service procedures in line with Service Delivery governance guidance.

• Drive verifiable continuous improvement of productivity resulting in increased cost effectiveness and value. Be able to evidence these savings across relevant customer base.

• Provide accurate, timely, and professional reports to senior management for historical analysis, account status, and forecasting purposes.

• Provide best effort and cooperative spirit on special projects outside regular account responsibilities when/if requested.

• Participate in business meetings and general inputs in day-to-day improvements.

Requirements :

• Fluency in English language- C1/C2 proficiency
• PC literacy and a good command of French language- B2/C1 are preferred
• 4 Yr. degree -BS/BA or 3 to 5 years of work experience
• Good MS Office skills
• Good listening and comprehension abilities
• Ability to effectively communicate, probe and understand customer issues and provide first call resolution
• Good interpersonal and issue resolution skills
• Strong collaboration and coordination skills
• P&L management - cost reduction and revenue management experience
• Ability to manage employees within diverse/virtual environments
• Negotiation and conflict management skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Managed Print Services solutions management/knowledge (centralized print, Fleet management/optimization assessment, rate card, etc.)
• People Management – Employee engagement / HR processes & activities
• Understand the breadth of Xerox products, solutions, and services (key offerings) and the resources that support delivery of the services.
• Partner management (internal and external partners)
