This position is open to all applicants; the ideal candidate will live in the New York City area and will be open to spending approximately 2-3 days in office per week. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, You Will: * Analyze and interpret data trends across Button's platform, across which billions of dollars in commerce and advertising transactions flow, with a focus on financial performance and revenue optimization. * Deliver actionable insights that drive business strategy, improve ad performance, and maximize monetization opportunities across affiliate, programmatic, and retail media channels. * Develop weekly financial and performance data digests to inform internal teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders, including marketing and customer partners. * Evaluate and refine existing analytical methodologies to ensure financial accuracy, forecast revenue trends, and assess return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer lifetime value (LTV). * Automate financial data collection, forecasting, and reporting to enhance efficiency in revenue analysis and decision-making. * Partner closely with finance, product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams to translate data insights into business growth opportunities. Experience Level: * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. * 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within digital advertising, affiliate marketing, e-commerce, or financial analytics. * Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a focus on financial modeling, ad performance, campaign optimization, and revenue impact. * Experience working with large datasets and using data visualization tools such as Omni or similar BI tools. * Proficiency in SQL required; experience with BigQuery or other cloud-based data warehouses preferred. * Understanding of financial metrics such as revenue forecasting, cost-per-acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and lifetime value (LTV). * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and technical insights into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. * Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality financial analysis and reporting. Button's total compensation package includes a base salary competitive with what is offered by similar companies in major US markets. The salary range for this role is expected to be between $119,000 - $154,000 (offered salary is based on a number of factors including skills and experience relative to the job description listed above). In addition, Button provides employees with a 401(k) plan and automatically contributes 3% of an employee's salary annually.
